How do I receive UPS shipments and become a Jamra customer?

            To receive shipments from Jamra using UPS simply fill out the required paper work and submit the required licenses and documents to authenticate your account.

You will Need:

  • New customer Application
  • Personal Guarantee (if no credit is requested this doc is not required).
    • Orders will not be released until payment has been received.  
  • Uploaded document of Customers valid ID or Driver’s License and credible licenses.
    • ID must match the individual signing as the guarantor and new customer application.
  • ACH/CC authorization form. 

How Do I choose what shipping method to use?

            Jamra has three shipping methods to choose from. Ground, Second Day, and Next Day Air. Depending on your needs Jamra is here to make sure you receive your goods in a timely manner. When signing up for Jamra shipping, the customer is responsible for selecting the default shipping option. Listed below is a map of estimated ship times.

How do I save on shipping at Jamra?

To save on shipping costs, we recommend you order in bulk, and ship to a commercial address. Keep in mind that shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and distance shipped, not the cost of the order.

What is a commercial address?

A commercial address has a public entrance and posted hours of operation. If you run your business out of your home, this is still considered a residential address unless you have a public entrance and posted hours of operation.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.

What If My Item Is Damaged During Shipping?

If your order sustains shipping damage, be sure to contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your purchase. Take pictures of the damaged item and the packaging so that our team can efficiently assist you.
